Meet Bonnie!

Hi Friends,

My name is Bonnie and welcome to my Human Resources blog aka HR BLOG! I’m a certified HR pro & certified social sourcing recruiter. I’ve been in the HR world for going on 8 years; and have been reading and loving HR for the last 10 years. I specialize in talent acquisition and employee relations; and under these umbrellas fall an array of HR areas. I love the diversity my job offers to the development of my HR skills and I enjoy talking, teaching, learning and writing about HR topics outside of the workplace, thus the reason for my HR BLOG.

The information found on this HR BLOG will be useful for HR pros, employees seeking advice and job seekers. I try to keep my posts short, simple, real life relatable and hopefully humorous (at times). I like to keep content as simple as possible, direct and to the point.

As I mentioned earlier, I do enjoy talking and learning HR so I invite you to make comments. I enjoy respectful, thoughtful and engaging conversations.

I am a true believer that when you stop learning, you stop growing, and you stop living! Live for today and learn for tomorrow is my life motto! The best investment you can make is the investment in yourself and it all begins with you!

I hope you enjoy your time on my HR BLOG, The HR Life!

I look forward to our conversations:)

Bonnie Ungaro
